Welcome to Flashlight / WaveLight ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

The Application is a mobile utility and entertainment software that provides illumination and visual display functionalities. The core services include controlling the user's device hardware camera flash to provide continuous light, adjustable strobe effects, and SOS signaling^. Furthermore, the Application utilizes the device's screen to project visual effects, including customizable colors, animated gradients, simulated glow sticks, and an interactive marquee tool for displaying scrolling, user-generated text and animations. The Application may also offer digital content through in-app purchases, including auto-renewing subscriptions and consumable premium features.

2. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

The App may offer in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., "Remove Ads"). All payments are processed and managed entirely by the platform from which you downloaded the App (the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

• Billing and Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: Because payments are handled by Apple and Google, we do not have the ability to process refunds directly. Furthermore, we strictly do not offer refunds, partial or in full, for any past or active in-app purchases or subscriptions if the App is removed, suspended, unlisted, or otherwise becomes unavailable on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for any reason. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

3. User Data and Privacy

The App stores your personal progress, including saved vocabulary, daily streaks, and favorite jokes, locally on your device's internal storage. If you delete the App or lose your device, this data will be lost. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect or store your personal learning data on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to the text, translations, interface design, graphics, and code, is the property of the developers of Flashlight / WaveLight or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or its included data without our explicit written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all content within it are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the App. We do not warrant that the App will be free of bugs, errors, or uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Flashlight / WaveLight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes third-party services (such as Google Mobile Ads) to display advertisements. These third-party services may collect data subject to their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
