Terms of Use for Jiaobei / Shengbei

Welcome to Jiaobei / Shengbei (the "App"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, provided by LNLSOLUTIONZ ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Jiaobei is a mobile application that provides a 3D digital simulation of traditional divination blocks. The App includes features such as 3D physics animations, haptic feedback, custom block materials, and sound effects.

2. Entertainment and Spiritual Purposes Only (Disclaimer)

The divination results, readings, and experiences provided by the App are for cultural, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only.

The App does not provide professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

You should not rely on the results of the App to make major life decisions.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or predictive validity of the results generated by the App. You agree that any reliance on the App’s results is strictly at your own risk.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App is free to download and use, but it contains third-party advertisements. We offer optional In-App Purchases (IAPs) to unlock premium features and remove advertisements, either through a One-Time Purchase or an Auto-Renewing Subscription ("Pro Version").

a. Billing and Payment Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.

b. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions If you choose the subscription option to remove ads:

Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the App.

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited wh^en you purchase a subscription.

4. Third-Party Advertisements

Unless you have purchased the "Remove Ads" feature, the App is supported by advertising. We use third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob) to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. By using the free version of the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how ad networks may collect and use your data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to 3D models, graphics, UI/UX design, sounds, text, and code—are the exclusive property of LNLSOLUTIONZ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that:

Violates any applicable local, national, or international law.

Attempts to interfere with the proper functioning of the App, including bypassing ad-display mechanisms (except through official IAPs) or hacking the App's code.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LNLSOLUTIONZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or peace of mind, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the App.

Any decisions made based on the divination results provided by the App.

Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies within the App.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect (e.g., via an update note in the App Store). By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
