Terms of Use for Game Math 24

Welcome to Game Math 24! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game Math 24 mobile application ("App"), developed and operated by L&L Solutionz ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device that you own or control. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

2. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, graphics, gameplay mechanics, design, and all related intellectual property rights, are the exclusive property of L&L Solutionz. "Game Math 24" and our logos are trademarks of L&L Solutionz.

3. Virtual Items (Tips)

The App includes a feature that allows you to use "Tips" to help solve puzzles.

• Acquisition: You may be granted free Tips upon installation, or you may earn additional Tips by watching rewarded advertisements.
• No Monetary Value: Tips are virtual game currency only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or tangible goods.
• Non-Transferable: Tips are linked to your local app data and cannot be transferred to other users.
• Usage: Tips are consumed when used. We reserve the right to modify the methods for obtaining or using Tips at any time.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer products for purchase ("In-App Purchases"), such as "Remove Ads" or premium subscriptions.

• Payment: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription (e.g., to remove ads), it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase.
• Consumables: Consumable items (if any) are depleted after use and are not refundable.
• Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by the platform provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) in accordance with their respective policies.

5. Third-Party Ads

The App allows you to access it for free by displaying advertisements provided by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob).

• Ad Types: You may see banner ads, interstitial ads, native ads, or rewarded video ads.
• Third-Party Content: We do not control the content of these advertisements and are not responsible for the products or services offered by third parties.
• Interaction: Your interaction with any ad is solely between you and the advertiser.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You agree not to use automated systems (bots) to play the game or accumulate rewards.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L&L Solutionz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
