Terms of Use for SAAQ Theory Test

Welcome to SAAQ Theory Test! This application (“App”) is owned and operated by LNLSOLUTIONZ.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) create a legally binding agreement between you and us. By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our App.

1. The Service

SAAQ Theory Test provides a collection of practice questions designed to help users prepare for the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) theory test.

No Official Affiliation: SAAQ Theory Test is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected in any way to the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ).

Content Source and Accuracy: The questions provided within the App are collected from various publicly available sources on the internet for educational and practice purposes only. We do not claim ownership of this content. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the questions and answers provided. The official SAAQ test may contain different questions or formats.

No Guarantee of Passing: Your use of this App is not a substitute for studying official SAAQ driver's handbooks and learning materials. We do not guarantee that using this App will result in you passing the official SAAQ theory test.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App is free to download and use with advertisements. We offer the following optional In-App Purchases (IAPs) to remove ads:

One-Time Purchase: A single, non-recurring payment to remove all advertisements from the App permanently.

Weekly Subscription: A recurring subscription that removes all advertisements for a one-week period.

Payment and Renewal:

Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account ("App Store Account") at the confirmation of purchase.

The Weekly Subscription will automatically renew each week unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your App Store Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected subscription.

Cancellation:

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your App Store Account settings after purchase. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the ad-free service for the remainder of your paid term. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.

3. User Conduct

By using this App, you agree not to:

Copy, distribute, or resell any of the App's content.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App itself, including its design, source code, branding, and logos, are the exclusive property of LNLSOLUTIONZ. The practice questions are compilations of publicly available data, and we do not claim copyright over the individual questions themselves. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LNLSOLUTIONZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; or (b) any content obtained from the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
